Thanks to state-of-the-art machining production processes and a wide range of materials, we are able to manufacture customised plastic parts that are optimally tailored to customer requirements. KUNDERT's production departments comprise over 40 state-of-the-art machines, 20 of which are CNC machining centres.
The production of complex technical components from high-performance plastics using the injection moulding process is one of our core competencies. Whether it is an annual quantity of 200 or 10 million pieces, our modern machinery is perfectly equipped.
The state-of-the-art polyurethane processing systems and the wide range of materials enable KUNDERT to offer everything from simple standard applications to complex problem solutions in the manufacture of semi-finished and finished parts made of polyurethane.

KUNDERT specialises in the supply of profiles and special thermoplastic tubes for industry, medical and food technology. The geometry and material are precisely matched to the respective application. Profiles and pipes are manufactured using a pressure and temperature-controlled extrusion process. In this manufacturing process, the material is melted and continuously pressed into shape through a die.
Thermoforming involves moulding thermoplastic sheets or films into three-dimensional finished parts. The semi-finished plastic products are formed in metal or wooden moulds using heat, compressed air and vacuum. The relatively low moulding costs speak in favour of this process, which also speaks for the economical production of smaller series.
In water jet cutting, plastic or polyurethane sheets are cut by a high-pressure water jet. The jet reaches a pressure of up to 6000 bar. Despite the high pressure, the plastic hardly heats up and neither deformations nor microcracks occur in the cut area. Complex 2D geometries can be cut cost-effectively with a water jet of 0.3 mm diameter.
KUNDERT offers complex and simple plastic stamped parts for small and large batches.
Components are labeled for different reasons. The requirements for the type and method of labeling are just as varied. KUNDERT offers different types of labeling depending on the requirements.
