Standardisation of KUNDERT terminology
A standardised and consistent use of terms helps to prevent misunderstandings and improves the overview.
In the past, different terms were sometimes used for one and the same thing. On the old website, in documents such as the technical documentation and on flyers, different terminology was used depending on the author.
As part of the creation of the new website, an attempt was made to introduce a standardised use of terms.
The most important previous terms and the new terminology are summarised below.
